Bryan Cutshall, D. Min., is the Senior Pastor of Twin Rivers Worship Center in St. Louis, MO. Under his guidance and direction, the Twin Rivers church has grown from 52 people to one of the most vital megachurches in the Midwest. Bryan is a pastor, convention speaker and church trainer. In addition, he is a Level 5 Church Consultant and has done extensive research and training in the areas of church growth, with a particular emphasis on lay ministry development. Each year, he trains thousands of church leaders in conferences, diagnostic clinics, consultations and retreats. He is the author of several books in addition to the ChurchTrainer book label - a resource line for training pastors, leaders and workers in the Body of Christ. Bryan and his wife, Faith, have two daughters, Brittany and Lindsay.

Message from Dr. Cutshall

I am sure that I will always be a student. Learners are the best teachers because they stay involved. As a pastor, I see the church world from the front lines – on the cutting edge. Along with all pastors, I must ride the waves of change, discern the trends and continue to strategize and lead through those changes. I believe the greatest asset I bring to the church training world is my daily experience as a pastor.

The Body of Christ must not get behind the rest of the world in the learning curve. We must stay fresh, current, relevant and passionate about what we do. Trained leaders lead - untrained leaders frustrate the system and the flow of ministry. I believe the most effective church training today is coming from the local churches. Our materials are designed to help each local pastor conduct in-house seminars for church workers who are not able to go to the major conferences attended by full-time pastors and staff.

ChurchTrainer provides practical resources and practical solutions for church leaders. We trim away the fluff and go straight to the "how to" side of ministry so we can stop talking about ministry and start doing ministry more effectively.
