Diagnostic Clinics are offered to a small group, consisting of no more than 5 churches. Each participating pastor must complete a comprehensive questionnaire and submit it to the Church Trainer at least 2 months prior to the date of the clinic. The ChurchTrainer team will analyze the data provided by the church, combined with pertinent demographic statistics from the church’s geographical area and develop a one-year suggested plan for the church. The presenter then spends an entire day going over the diagnostic materials with the pastors and/or staff and helps them to better understand the results of the completed analysis. It is recommended that when performing a diagnostic for one church that the entire staff participates in the dissemination of information. Diagnostic Clinics for two or more churches should be held at a central location with enough room for participating churches to meet separately with the Church Trainer team. The pastors will receive a phone conference check up 3 times during the course of the next year.
