Title	Prayer for direction and Church Growth

Content	I am the unofficial associate minister of a small church in Illinois. Our church has been through some hard times with deaths and decrease in numbers. I ask for prayer that our church might begin to grow and for direction on just how to get the church back in growth. I have some ideas but my pastor is an elderly minister who has been at this church for a very long time. From our conversations he does not see things the way that I do. He wants to stand still and see the salvation of the Lord but I want to move out and see God's hand work as I step out in faith. Although I came from a traditional church background I realize we can not use the same methods today that we used 30 years ago. God has not changed but people have. Pray for me and God's little church here in Illinois
